Description

Noah Blackstein, Vice President, Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel is the lead portfolio manager for the Dynamic Power American Growth Fund, Dynamic Alpha Performance Fund and Dynamic Global Growth Class. The objective of the Dynamic Alpha Performance Fund is to find securities that we believe have the greatest potential for profit.  The portfolio is actively managed, with a focus on absolute returns and due consideration to both risk and return.

Fees

2.25% of the Net Asset Value

20% incentive fee (equal to 20% of the increase in the Net Asset Value per Unit greater than 6% from the last valuation day in the preceding calendar year).

HNW Fees

2.25% of the Net Asset Value

20% incentive fee (equal to 20% of the increase in the Net Asset Value per Unit greater than 6% from the last valuation day in the preceding calendar year).
